This year I celebrated my 40th birthday. I feel like some people dread turing 40. But to me it was just another birthday. I feel great and I think that I don't look like I am 40. I feel better about myself now than I have for a long time. I started off the day by getting my hair done by Danielle. Then for dinner we went to a sushi place in Northfields. My pick. The food was delicious and came to the table on this really cool boat.
We had a fun time at dinner.
Then we came home for cake. We couldn't find the right candles so the kids put all of these on because I tease that I am ancient all the time. I aged a lot on the ride home I guess. This cake is so delicious. Chocolate with raspberry sauce. It tastes amazing! I am so thankful for another year with my amazing family.
